Product instruction of T340C:
1：Heating system: T340C adopts high effective nickel-chromium heating pipe . Advanced technology and Long life. The hot-air circle system which belongs to Torch uniquely. It can make PCB and elements be heated equality and warm up quickly.
2：Protection system: It adopts a SSR non-contact solid relay non-contact output of big current and high pressure resistant(450V). Safety and reliably. It can monitor the change of temperature and heat number in furnace chamber with the functions fuzzy control and data collection. Then control the heating element with the least pulse and response quickly.On the condition that it keeps the Temperature control accuracy, the equipment can escape the damage from high current and high voltage.And each hot house in machine fits a safety pipe which has a high temperature and high pressure resistant function so that the whole system can run safely and calmly.
3：Accuracy control in Industrial expert computer and PID intelligent arithmetic. According to the PID intelligent arithmetic , heat output can be controlled accurately and the accuracy control can response the change of outside heating , then controls the inside temperature to keep balance. The whole system has a modularization design. It is convenient to maintain and disassemble

Main features of T340C:
A：Intuitional welding control: T340C adopts advanced furnace temperature collection system. It can test temperature curve and temperature in furnace hearth. The temperature curve can be conserved or printed at the same time.
B：Smooth and safe transmission system: Drive system adopts a high quality conversion motor and conversion system .It also has a closed-loop governor and Turbine speed reducing box of 1:100 to keep running smooth. Speed : 0－1600mm/min。
